Legacy Health DPC (Direct Primary Care)
What is direct primary care? It is a healthcare model that is an alternative to fee-for -service insurance billing, whereby a medical provider offers services directly to the patient for a monthly fee. This cuts out the “middle-man” of insurance and means decisions can be made in the patient’s best interest without insurance interference or the need for insurance approval. This model also gives patients direct and timely access to a provider with whom they can build a relationship and from whom they can receive quality, personalized care.

Individual Adult or Child $120/month
Couple (Two adults or adult/child $200/month
Family $200 + $100 for first child/month
Each additional child $50/month
One-time registration fee $130 (waved for current Legacy patients)
